Terms of Service

  • DM on Instagram, Twitter, or Discord to request a commission

  • Artist may decline any commission for any reason

  • No NSFW, NFTs, or gore

  • Client must pay using PayPal of Venmo in USD after the initial sketch but before the drawing is complete. Client will not receive a usable drawing until it is paid for in full.

  • It is preferred that the Client provides at least two reference images to describe what they are looking for

  • Client may re-upload the completed commission and use the commission however they wish but may not claim that the work is their own and may not use the image for commercial use (reselling in any capacity including prints, clothing, or other merchandise) unless specified in a contract before the artist begins work on the commission

  • The artist maintains ownership of the copyright as per US (and UK) law

  • The initial sketch should take no more than a week in most cases and the finished commission will usually be done within 3 weeks unless otherwise noted

  • The artist will send periodic updates and the Client may request changes within reason at this time

Boundaries

  • Do NOT repost my art or claim it as your own, including in TikToks

  • You CAN use my (non-commissioned) art as your pfp, header, etc. if you credit me visibly

  • You CAN use my art as backgrounds/wallpapers without credit

  • You CAN use my art in edits as long as I am credited

  • Do not trace my art unless in private for personal improvement (do NOT post)

  • I don't mind pqrts in the slightest :)

  • I don't mind people retweeting WIPs

  • Do not tag me in "you follow btw" posts. If there is an issue then I will probably see, do not police who I follow/do not follow. DM me if you must

  • If you have a problem or I've messed up somehow, feel free to DM or reply to me and we can discuss -- Note that qrting me with neg will likely result in an instant block as I am not interested in a conversation that is inherently performative and often leads to unnecessary dogpiling over a misunderstanding. No hard feelings, just don't have time for that

Extremely selective fb -- will not fb artists under 16 or other stan accounts under 18 (current moots safe), sb to unfollow. I main dttwt + smiletwt, punztwt, and totemtwt. I livetweet occasionally and try not to engage with drama on my main (Alt is @CafeCatss). I use blocklists and generally use the block button liberally, DM my main or alt to get unblocked.
I am a SFW account but occasionally interact with more nsfw accounts. However, I will not rt their nsfw tweets onto main.No dni/dnfi besides basic criteria
